Navigation in the User Area Menu
To access this area, simply click on the user initial (top right corner).
Different options are displayed in this area.
The dropdown menu in the user area may vary in its terminology depending on the platform.
My Collection / Bookshelf / Loans
This section shows the resources the user has accessed, that is, those currently on loan.
From here, you can also check the remaining access time and return the content whenever you wish.
In the mobile app, this section is called “Bookshelf”.
Learning Experiences / Book Club / Learning Platform
From this option, the user can directly access learning experiences.
The name may vary depending on the platform, for example: Book Club, Learning Platform, Book Club, among others.
A Learning Experience Book Club, Learning Platform, is an organized and personalized proposal for each user, which may include copyrighted, proprietary, or open access content. These materials relate to topics relevant to the organization, such as a company, school, or other institution.
These experiences can include various resources such as:
Exercises
Lectures
Manuals
Forums
Chats
Internal content
- Lessons
Learning Events
In this section, you can see all the scheduled events linked to the Learning Experiences, Book Club, or Learning Platform you actively follow.
Lists
This feature allows the user to create their own personalized list where they can store all the resources they find interesting.
Thanks to this tool, you can easily access those resources later without having to search for them again.
Lists can be configured as:
Public: other users can view it and check the resources it contains.
Private: only the user who created it can access it.
Challenges
You can create personal challenges for the short or long term from this section.
To create one, simply click on “Monthly Challenge” or “Daily Challenge”. In both cases, a menu will open where you can set the frequency with which you want to consume content.
Ranking and Medals
If your platform includes this option, from this section you can see your achievements and find out your position within your organization.
It's a fun way to track your progress and motivate yourself to keep learning.
Reservations
The reservations feature allows the user to request a resource on loan that is not currently available.
When making a reservation, the user is automatically placed on a waiting list managed by the platform.
When the resource becomes available, the user will receive a notification by email with the relevant information and the time frame to take it on loan.
Learning Passport
This section shows the journey of the titles you have accessed during your use of the platform or learning ecosystem.
It is a useful way to review everything you have explored or consulted so far.
Learning Habit / Statistics
Here you can see various data about your activity within the platform, such as your usage of each content.
My Suggested Content / Content Suggestion /Desiderata
If you can’t find a resource in the catalog and would like it to be included, you can easily suggest it from this section.
Just go to the User Area and then to My Suggested Content or Content Suggestions.
The responsible team will review your proposal and evaluate if it can be incorporated.
In the Notifications section, you can check the status of your suggestion and see if it has been reviewed or approved.
Search History / Searches
This shows the terms you have used in your searches within the platform.
My Account
From here you can verify information related to your account and configure your preferences.
Learning Profile / Content Preferences / Area of Study
If your organization has enabled this option, you can select your areas of interest to receive personalized recommendations based on your preferences.

In this section, you will receive all information sent by the platform:

Reminders
Updates
New content acquisitions
Other relevant updates
Device Management / Devices
You can have up to 6 active devices per user.
From this section, you can also deactivate a device if necessary.
