If a title you want to access is not available because the access or loan limit has been reached, the Borrow/Access button will be replaced by the Reserve button.
By pressing it, you will be added to a waiting list along with other users interested in accessing the resource. When current users return the title, the reservation list will advance and notify users, in waiting order, that the title is available.
Important: You will receive a notification when it is your turn and the title is ready for you.
By default, the app automatically accepts reservations. Thus, when you access it, the title will already be available in your Bookshelf section.
If you prefer to manage them manually, you can change this setting in Settings.
Note: Usually, you have two days to accept the reservation; if you do not accept it within that period, it will expire and the title will be available for the next user.
To manually accept a reservation, open the app’s More menu, go to the Reservations section, and press the Borrow/Access button. The title will be added to your Bookshelf and you can use it like any other resource.
