Highlight Text and Add Annotations in the App

The app allows you to mark parts of the text so you can revisit them. To do this, you need to press and hold on the text you want to highlight until the text selectors and a floating menu appear.

Use the text selectors to adjust your selection, and when you have highlighted all the text you are interested in, select a color for the underline in the floating menu.

You can also add an annotation related to the text you have selected by tapping the note-shaped icon in the floating menu. The default color used is yellow. If you want to change it, tap the underline again and choose another color. 

You can access all your highlights and notes by tapping the center of the screen and then tapping the menu bars. In the Notes tab, you will see all the highlights and annotations you have made in that book. 

If you tap on one, you will go directly to the corresponding page.

To edit a note or add one to a highlight without an annotation: 

• Tap on the highlight in the book page and then on the note icon in the floating menu. 
• From the Notes tab, tap the three dots and choose the Edit option.
