In the app, it is possible to adjust the playback speed of audiobook or video resources. In the player menu, press the button with the text 1.0x to change the speed.
The normal speed is 1x. Each time you press the button, the speed will increase in increments of 0.25 until it reaches 2x. If you keep pressing, the speed will start again from 0.5x and will increase again.
