Starting from version 6.13 of your platform, users are allowed to manage the receipt of automatic communications or notifications from the platform via email.
This management can be accessed through two different flows: logging in directly to the platform or accessing through the email. Both procedures are detailed below:
Direct Access from the Platform
Once logged in, you need to follow the steps below:
1. Click on the user options.
2. Select My Account.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
4. View the corresponding checkbox
Through Email
If you wish to perform the action from the email, the flow is as follows:
The section highlighted in red indicates the link you must click to start the process.
- After accessing through that link, the system will redirect you to the platform, where it will be necessary to log in.
- Once inside, you should follow the same steps described in the previous section:
User options → My Account → Scroll down → View the checkbox.
