Issue
When logging in with your credentials, an error message appears: "Account blocked" and it does not allow you to log in or access the platform.
Solution
This occurs because the credential has expired or its End Date has been reached. To resolve this, you must contact Support staff via email at: support@odilo.us providing:
- Name and URL of the platform you belong to
- Access identifier
- Email address
