● The HTML and CSS code used conforms to formal grammars to ensure correct display of content across different browsers. Wherever possible, all components are 100% accessible following WAI guidelines: https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/. The rest we try to make work as best as possible.
● Pages are not expected to function with CSS or JavaScript disabled.
● A wide range of mobile devices and different browsers are supported, also preserving the reading position between devices.
● Tests have been performed with screen readers and semi-automated tools.

Exceptions and Non-Accessible Content
Despite continuous efforts to ensure universal accessibility, this product may contain the
following limitations:
● Some images in older or third-party content (e.g., covers or distributor images) may not have an adequate textual description or may have a generic alternative.
● Some links may not have their purpose textually defined in some residual cases.
● In certain interface operations, a fully functional keyboard alternative does not yet exist.
● On some pages, some elements may not properly receive or display keyboard focus.
● The contrast ratio in some images, logos, or other decorative elements may not meet the minimum ratio of 4.5:1; these limitations do not compromise the main functionalities of the application.
● Some interface elements may not be properly labeled, which could affect navigation via assistive technologies.
● Some pages require specific portrait or landscape orientation to be viewed correctly on certain devices, so software blocks other orientations.
● The native video player in the apps does not fully support subtitles, audio descriptions, spoken subtitles, or transcripts.
● The audio player does not support text transcripts.
● In components such as statistics or rankings presented in table form, assistive technologies may not correctly determine the row-column relationship of some elements.
● Some elements appearing after dynamic interface actions may not be announced to assistive technologies.
● The manual reading functionality of certain third-party content (e.g., e-books) may be limited because such content is not properly tagged, preventing full access via assistive technologies.
● Our current user manual does not include all documented accessibility features nor is it optimized for assistive technologies.
● Our current support chat (Zendesk) does not guarantee full compatibility with assistive technologies, although we are working with the provider to improve this.
Regarding platform content, it is provided by third parties, so Odilo is not responsible for it, although actions are being implemented to screen, consult, and filter content through certain accessibility tags and metadata, requiring collaboration from providers and distributors for this purpose. These metadata will also be visible in the content record.
