Complete lessons and sections
Experiences are organized by tabs located at the top and by modules and sections. You can navigate through them with a simple click.
Once inside the Experience, click on the button “Start Experience” and then click on “Begin” to start it.


Once you have completed the section, click on “Complete and continue” to move on to the next part.

Accessing content within a Learning Experience
Throughout the experience, you may encounter resources from the catalog as part of the module content.
To access the resource, click on the button “Access.” Then click on “Read” in the case of an e-book, “Listen” if it is an audiobook or podcast, and “View” if it is a course.

Completing and submitting exercises
Throughout the experience, you will find exercises that will evaluate the new knowledge acquired in it; to complete them, simply click on it and answer the questions.

You must save your answers at the end of the page.

If the exercise only allows 1 attempt, it will be marked as “Resolved” immediately and the answer will be submitted.

If the exercise allows more than one attempt, it will be shown in the exercise box.

Once you answer and save your work, the number of attempts will also be displayed in the information box located at the top of the exercise. From here, you can also check your score and, if applicable, the expected score for this exercise.

Click on “try again” to clear your answers and respond again.
Click on “Submit” to send your exercise (once submitted, you will not be able to make changes).
Exercises configured with more than one attempt may also have a minimum score. You must reach that score to be able to submit the exercise; otherwise, the button “Submit” will not be available.

Once the exercise is submitted correctly, you will see that it is displayed as “Resolved”. If the exercise has not been marked “Resolved”, your experience will not meet the requirements for successful completion.
Extra tabs: Survey, Forum, and Chat
Some Learning Experiences have survey, forum, and chat tabs. If you do not find them in a specific experience, it is not an error; rather, the moderator of that experience has not activated them, or the template on which it is based does not include these tabs.

Through the tab “Survey” you can share your opinion about the Learning Experience you participated in.
In the tab “Forum” you can participate in discussion threads initiated by the moderator of the experience. You can share opinions and interact with other users who are part of that Learning Experience. Participants cannot start a new discussion thread; only the moderator can.
The tab “Chat” functions as instant messaging between all users of the Learning Experience. Participants and moderators can communicate through this section.
