Learning Profile (or Onboarding)

The Learning Profile (or Onboarding) feature allows users to fill out a form with a series of questions when they access the platform for the first time, so that their tastes and interests can be identified.

Once the form has been completed, the platform will assign a specific lending policy and, based on this policy, will display preferred content along with specific carousels. However, they will still have access to the entire catalog via the search engine.

Users can modify this Learning Profile at any time.

To edit the assigned Learning Profile, users simply need to access their personal area >> Learning Profile and select the role they want from the options provided:

• If the user completes it, the platform will not show them this form the next time they log in to the platform.
• If the user decides to select the Complete Later option, the platform will show it to them the next time they log in to the platform.
• If the user decides to select the Never Show option, the platform will not show it to them the next time they log in to the platform.
